Who is MODE Digital for?
Established local businesses in Montréal and across Canada that already have customers and want more bookings, more reviews and less admin work.
What is MODE, the AI assistant?
MODE is the AI assistant we set up for your business. It answers common questions on your website chat, SMS and Instagram DMs in English and French, using information you approve, and helps customers book. When a question needs a human, it is passed to you.
Do I have to run paid ads?
No. Ads are optional. Most of the work is about Google visibility, reviews, follow-ups and bringing past customers back. If you choose ads, ad spend is paid directly to the platform.
Is a new website included?
Website and brand work (MODE CREATE) are scoped with you during the call. You get the plan in writing before anything starts.
How long does setup take?
It depends on what you need. You get a timeline in your written plan before we start.
Do you work in French?
Yes. We are based in Montréal and work in English and French. MODE can answer your customers in both languages.
What happens after I fill in the form?
We read your answers and contact you by email or phone to book a 20-minute call. There is no obligation.
What do you do with my information?
We use it only to contact you about your request. We never sell personal information, and we follow Québec’s Law 25 and PIPEDA.
